- The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.
- Conclusion of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
a) The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to all electronically managed orders, as well as orders by telephone.

c) The presentation of the goods on our website does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. After fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer shall be deemed rejected.
d) All calculation examples shown on our website, such as heat demand calculations and energy cost examples, are non-binding and also do not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part.

- Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
a) The prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition, there are any shipping costs.
b) The buyer may pay in advance unless not otherwise agreed.
c) The consumer undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
- Delivery
a) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery takes place within 14 working days at the latest. For individual productions, an extended delivery time of up to 6 weeks is to be expected.
b) In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
c) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall only pass to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by mail order.
- Retention of Title
We reserve the right to title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
